Walk in Selection for Staff Nurse Professionals
HLL Lifecare Limited (formerly Hindustan Latex limited) India’s leading manufacturers and marketers of Contraceptive, Health Care and Pharma products is a Government of India Enterprise, under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, with seven manufacturing units and Marketing offices throughout the country.
National Health Mission (NHM) is an initiative undertaken by the Government of India to address the health needs of the states with a vision of ‘’Attainment of universal access to Equitable, Affordable and Quality health care services, accountable and responsive to people’s needs ,with effective inter – sectorial convergent action to address the wider social determinants of health” In these lines, NHM intends to upgrade urban primary Health Centres (UPHCs), Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and Sub Centres (SCs) into Health & wellness Centres (HWCs) and for these HWCs, Community Health Officers (CHOs) are to be deployed. And staff Nurse for Deployment in Labour Room & High Dependency Unit (HDU) and Nursing Trainer for deployment in Skill Lab Centre at SIFHW, Shimla Specified by NHM.
HLL is on the lookout for the following positions at Himachal Pradesh on
Fixed Term Contract basis. The emoluments will be fixed depending upon qualifications, skills and experience.

Criteria for Community Health Officer
This source is part of an initiative under the National Health mission to strengthen Sub Centres as Health & Wellness Centres (H&WCs) for improved implementation of public health programmes and to enable Comprehensive primary Health care services delivery, including disease prevention and health promotion. Candidates who successfully complete this course are likely to be posted at theses Sub Centres as Community Health Officers (CHOs) to lead a primary health care team consisting of frontline workers such as the female health workers (ANMs), male health worker (MPW) and ASHAs.
The program will be implemented through the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
The eligibility criteria for applying for the Bridge Program is as follows:-
Desirable Criteria:

Proficiency in regional/local language and dialect

Work experience in the public health system, preferably at the Primary/Community Health Center level
Candidates fulfilling above eligibility criteria may apply for the course.
Himachal Pradesh, National Health Mission shall provide support for boarding and lodging allowance: IGNOU fees, transport for practicum and other training related costs. Apart from this, candidates will receive a fixed honorarium/stipend during the training period provided by HLL.

After successful completion of the Course, the successful candidates are likely to be posted at the indentified Sub Centres only after the availability of vacancy as Community Health Officers.

The Written Test will be 30 min for all the Positions.

The Written Test Pattern will have Objective type questions.

Please note that you are allowed to appear only once for the Test & Interview for the above mentioned post. Multiple appearances will result in cancellation of candidature.

Candidates should carry blue/black point pen for the Written Test.

Mobile Phones or any electronic gadgets such as Watches, blue tooth enabled devices, calculators are not allowed inside the test centre.

There is No Negative mark for the Written Test.

No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Exam hall before the completion of the schedule time of Test.

No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the Selection Test & Interview.
