In view of the rapid spread of Covid 19 and the rising demand for

Personal Protection kits form the various institutions, the Union Health

Ministry has authorized HLL Lifecare Ltd as the nodal procurement agency

for all such requirements.

HLL has been entrusted with procurement of N95 surgical masks with

respiratory valve, personal protective garments, nitrile gloves, goggles,

handheld infrared thermometer, hand sanitizers etc. on an emergency basis.

There is a huge demand for these products across all states in India. In this

regard HLL has also floated an open tender inviting manufacturers of the

above products to submit their offers. The details of the bid are available

The above link covers entire details of the product required including the

product specifications as finalized and approved by the Ministry of Health

and Welfare. In view of the pandemic HLL solicits all manufactures/suppliers

to participate in this Emergency procurement tender. Offers of interested

To coordinate with regard to the supplies around the country, HLL Lifecare

Ltd (HLL) has also set up an emergency response team with dedicated

centers at HLL Corporate Office in Trivandrum and in Nirman Bhawan, Health

Ministry, New Delhi. These centers have started functioning from 20th March

2020 form 8 am to 8 pm. The Trivandrum centre shall function 24x7 FROM
