Importance of EMC/EMI Testing
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) testing are crucial in ensuring that electronic products meet regulatory requirements and function correctly within their intended environments. EMC ensures that devices can operate without causing or being affected by interference, while EMI measures disturbances that could impact other equipment. These tests ensure compliance with international standards, enhance safety and performance, and help avoid legal and financial penalties.
This facility, located at B-14A, Sector-62, Noida-201307, is dedicated to carrying out EMC tests as per standard test protocols to meet the requirements of the Medical Device Directive of India under CDSCO. We specialize in testing medical equipment to validate its performance as per the IEC 60601-1-2 test standard. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including a Semi-Anechoic Chamber (SAC) and advanced instrumentation, enable us to perform all 11 tests required to fulfill the requirements of MDR 2017.
