HLL

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between M/s HLL Lifecare Ltd and the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for the year 2014 -15 was signed on 21^st March 2014 at the Office of the Secretary, MoHFW, Nirman Bhavan,  New Delhi. The MoU was signed by HLL C & MD Dr. M Ayyappan and Shri. Lov Verma, Hon’ Secretary, MoHFW. Senior Officials from the Ministry and HLL representatives, D (T&O), D(F) , SVP(GB) etc witnessed the signing ceremony.

HBL

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between M/s HLL Lifecare Ltd (HLL) and M/s HLL Biotech Ltd (HBL) for the year 2014 -15 was signed on 24^th March 2014 at the Office of the CMD, HLL. The MoU was signed by HLL C & MD Dr. M Ayyappan and Shri. Raman Ramachandran, CEO on behalf of HBL. Senior Officials of HLL, D (T&O), D(F), SVP(M), VP(HR),VP (F), CS & VP(F) were present during the function.
